You can use the included physical backup keys, or plug a portable USB-C power bank into the emergency port at the bottom of the keypad to power it up immediately.
Is my fingerprint data sent to the cloud?
No. All biometric fingerprint templates are stored in an encrypted hardware chip locally inside the lock, never uploaded to the cloud.
